I am Shane Dulgeroff, the founder of Shane Homes. I am a proud Westlake Village, CA native with a lifelong passion for real estate. Born and raised in the area, I have dedicated my entire adult life to studying and mastering the complexities of the real estate market.
After obtaining my license, at 20 years old, I have put time and effort on developing a personal formula that got me to achieve the prestigious status of being a top 1% broker in the united States in my mid 20’s, and has proven sucessful to dirve sales and happy customers along my career.
As a native of Westlake Village, I know the neighborhood and the surrounding areas, and my backgorund in investment and real estate construction has facilitated the buying and selling of hundreds of homes, with total transaction values surpassing hundreds of millions of dollars.
The real estate market is a complex, ever-evolving market, but I believe sellers and buyers should have the best options and meet them where they are so my company and I can help them get the results they want through a stress-free journey.
